Here is how it works…
When you have to be away from your home and pet(s) please give us a call at the office and set up an initial interview (634-0019). This gives you a chance to meet who will be coming into your home and it will give us a chance to meet your furry (or not so furry) family member. We want your experience with our company to be a positive one so we do things YOUR way. We try really hard to cater to what your pet needs and we match our service to meet those needs. You can even request a time frame that we come by!! It is just wonderful how you can personalize our service!
Since Petmate Homesitting has been around for so long you do need to give us adequate time to come over and meet you and your pet(s). During our initial “interview” with you and your family we will get acquainted with your precious pet(s) and gather the information needed to give them the highest quality personal attention that they deserve. You can start filling out our new customer form so that you will be ready with all of the information that we need.
During your absence, you are welcome to call our office or email us to see how everything is going. When you arrive home you won’t have to worry about pick-up times at the kennels your furry family member will be there to greet you upon your return.
